Welcome to Simon Bros., where our century-old legacy of roofing, sheet metal work, and pioneering air-conditioning installation meets the future with our Solar Division. Founded in 1907, our journey from Carl Simon to the fourth generation of family leadership with Phil Simon, Steve Markel, and Matt Simon symbolizes a blend of tradition and innovation.
In 1994, Phil took sole ownership, until his cousin Steve Markel joined him in 2013. Matt Simon, Phil’s son, is also a part of business making it a forth generation company. Wanting to stay close to their roots Phil and Steve expanded back into Nebraska, opening an office in Imperial.
They have also opened an additional office down south in Colorado Springs. Continuing to expand from not only roofing and exteriors, but they have also added a Solar Division.

A few years ago Simon Brothers Roofing replaced the roof on my mid-century modern home in Wheat Ridge. They were timely, professional, and they did a beautiful job!
Within the a year or so we got a big hail storm and I was afraid my roof … More had been damaged, so I called Simon Brothers to come out an inspect my roof. They found no damage and wrote me a letter stating as much and certifying that the warranty was still in tact. They could have said it was damaged and milked my insurance company for money, but instead, they were honest. Totally refreshing - especially in the roofing industry where so many roofers are happy to bilk insurance companies.

Depending on how they are attached we may have to detach and reset them. We will make sure they are on the appropriate size curb and the proper roofing product is used. Some roofs because of their rooftop equipment are more suited for an EPDM product from one of our manufacturers like Firestone.
Most municipalities require us to pull a permit. Some will require a pre-inspection before installation and the a final inspection once the project is completed. We may have to pull a permit to shut down a sidewalk or road if they are in an area that would hazardous for bystanders.
